I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the

Admiralty to transmit herewith, for the information of the

Secretary of State for the Colonies, a statistical

report received from the Staff Officer (Intelligence)

Hong Kong, showing details of piracy in and around the

Canton Delta during the year 1924.

A copy of this letter has been sent to the Foreign

office.
